Morphology of some Upper Wenlockian Cyrtograptinae from Zawada 1 profile (NE Poland)

Abstract

Out of an extremely rich graptolite fauna collected from the Wenlockian profile of Zawada 1, four graptolite species (one new) from the genus Cyrtograptus have been selected and morphologically described. A description is also given of the lithology and stratigraphy of the Silurian series obtained from the borehole under consideration.
