Abstract

The representatives of the ammonite genus Passendorferia Brochwicz-Lewiński, 1973, are described from the Oxfordian (Upper Jurassic) strata cropping out between El Torcal de Antequera and Cañete la Real in Malaga (Subbetic Zone, Spain). The collected forms are assigned to the classic Spanish species P. torcalense (Kilian), two Polish species P. teresiformis Brochwicz-Lewiński and P. ziegleri Brochwicz-Lewiński, and to the new species P. brochwiczi sp. n.
