Brachiopod genus Cryptopora Jeffreys from the Miocene deposits of the Lublin Upland

Abstract

Three species of the brachiopod genus Cryptopora Jeffreys are described from the Middle Miocene (Badenian) sands of the Lublin Upland, eastern Poland. The form of their deltidial plates resembles considerably some Recent shallow-water cryptoporids.
