Representatives of •the genus Coenothyris DOUVILLE, 1879, from the Terebratula Bed (Upper Muschelkalk) of the Holy Cross Mts, Central Poland

Abstract

Studies on the morphology of abundant coenothyrid brachiopods from the Terebratula Bed (Upper Muschelkalk) of the Holy Cross Mts, Central Poland, show that the assemblage is composed of two separate species, Coenothyris vulgaris (SCHLOTHEIM) and C. cycloides (ZENKER).
