Abstract

Tuffites in Jasło Carpathians

The presence of two tuffite intercalations was in 1954 ascertained by the writer J. Kruczek cooperating, within the Flysch formation of the Jasło Carpathians. They were discovered in deep boring K 21 which pierced the southern limb of the great Bóbrka anticline occupying a special structural position within the Jasło Carpathians {Kruczek 1957, Obtułowicz 1932b, Tokarski A. & Tokarski J. 1954).
