Abstract
On the microfauna of lnoceramus beds within the "Skiba" region in the vicinity of Słonne and Wara
The present paper is concerned with microfauna of Inoceramus beds within the northern Inoceramus area, the so called "skiba" region occupying the marginal belt of the Eastern and Central Carpathians (figs. 1-2). The chief kinds of rock there are shales and sandstones differentiated into three members, namely: - from top down - a) shales intercalated by sandstones and Baculites marls, b) thick-bedded sandstones, c) shales and sandstones with hard•marls.
