Abstract

Additional notes on an eocene island in the Tatra Mts. Conglomerates of Tatra pebbles encountered in the Eocene within the forefield of Bielskie Tatry Mts. suggest the presence within the Tatra area of an Eocene island from which material was transported to the Podhale Flysch basin.
