Abstract

ON THE GEOLOGY OF THE RABKA REGIONThe stratigraphy and tectonics of the Rabka area (Western Beskidy, Poland) are presented. The sfratigraphic column of three tectonic units of this area, i. e, the Magura nappe, the Ropa-Pisarzowa unit and the tectonic window of Mszana DoIna is given and analogies are drawn in relation to other parts of the Magura region.
