Abstract

THE GENETICS OF CAVES IN THE LODOWE ŹRÓDŁO CAVERNOUS SYSTEM AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE KOŚCIELISKA VALLEY IN THE TATRA MTS.

Description is given of karst erosion sculpture noted in caves of the Kościeliska Valley in the Western Tatra Range. Relief features recordini phreatic and vadose episodes have been differentiated. The caves are arranged on three levels. This distribution scheme is associated with migration of the ground water table due to Tertiary movements or to Quaternary climatic changes.
