Abstract

STRATIGRAPHC PROBLEMS OF THE KlMERIDGIAN AND UPPERMOST OXFORDIAN IN POLANDDifficulties and consequent misuse of the term "Astartian" and as applied to Upper Jurassic stratigraphy are pointed out. The stratigraphic divisions of the Kimeridgian used in Poland are discussed.
