Budowa geologiczna elementu Strugi
Abstract
STRUCTURAL FEATURES AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE STRUGA ELEMENT IN THE MIDDLE SUDETEN
On field investigations and data collected from trenches and the examination of thin sections of the Devonian and the diabase rocks of the Struga element the author has been led to the following conclusions: the diabase rocks from the Struga element are probably of the Upper Cambrian age; the Struga element seems to be an autochthonous mass squeezed up from the substratum of the Culm sequences rather than a fragment of a flat sheet overthrust from the North.
