Abstract

ARMORED MUD BALLS IN THE PODMĄCHOCICE RAVINE (HOLY CROSS MTS., CENTRAL POLAND)

The formation is here reported of numerous armored mud balls which developed during the spring and summer showers of 1960 and 1961 in the Podmąchocice ravine. These forms are rather unresistant and subject to rapid outwash within the stream bed.
