Górny dewon z wiercenia Stobno 3 w rejonie Chojnic (NW Polska)

Abstract

Upper Devonian from borehole Stobno 3 in the vicinity of Chojnice (NW Poland)On the basis of a meagre fauna of Clymenia and brachiopods, a preliminary description is given of the Upper Devonian stratigraphy and deposits pierced in borehole Stobno 3 drilled in 1968 by the Oil Research Survey of Piła. These are the first Famennian sediments, developed in a sandy-dolomitic facies, that have been encountered within the region of Chojnice.
