TECTONIC LEDGES – A NEW ELEMENT IN MESOTECTONICSMinor dislocations of sets of beds along the bedding plane are discernible on some surfaces or steep joint within the Holy Cross Mts. area. The mode of their detection and the mechanism of their formation are discussed.
