Abstract

THE CARBONIFEROUS OF THE WESTERN PART OF THE LUBLIN BASINOn the basis of macrofaunal evidence a description is given of the stratigraphy of Lower and Upper Carboniferous deposits from three new boreholes in the western part of the Lublin basin. On the ascertained presence of new goniatite species, so far not reported from Poland, it has been possible to differentiate in the Upper Carboniferous horizons R2, G1 and G2.
