Abstract

Ore mineralization at the contact zone of the Strzelin granitoid massif (Lower Silesia)

Among the marbles and silicate rocks in the metamorphic cover of the Strzelin granitoid massif (Lower Silesia), the occurrence has been observed of ore minerals formed in result of hydrothermal processes. Since the assemblage of these minerals resembles the post-magmatic ore products encountered in the Strzelin grarnitoids, it seems reasonable to suppose that the postmagmatic ore processes here were widespread and also involved the metamorphic cover of the granitoids.
