Abstract

An analysis of the brachiopod fauna which occurs as the lumachelle layers in the Upper Lutetian and Lower Bartonian detrital dolomites of the Tatra Mts allows one to settle the systematic position and individual variability of the species Terebratulina delheidi Vincent and to examine the ecological and environ-mental conditions which then predominated.
